Pest Inspections & Services for Realtors
Prudential Pest Management works with Michigan real estate agents, buyers, and sellers on wood-destroying insect inspections, bat exclusion, and rodent control. For WDI we complete the NPMA-33 form using MDARD-certified Category 7B applicators. Bat exclusions use one-way exits under Michigan DNR Wildlife Damage and Nuisance Control Permit #GC225. Realtors’ current clients get free bat service inspections. Other inspections, including NPMA-33, are priced separately. Call or text (810) 410-8563. Family-owned since 2013.

Do you complete NPMA-33 inspections?
Yes. The NPMA-33 is the industry-standard wood-destroying insect inspection report lenders often request. We email you a complete copy and, with your OK, can send a copy to your agent or lender. WDI inspections are performed by MDARD Category 7B applicators.
Can you handle bats found during a showing or home inspection?
Yes. We handle bat exclusions in-house with one-way exits under Michigan DNR Wildlife Damage and Nuisance Control Permit #GC225. Following Michigan DNR guidance and the situation, our company may pause routine bat exclusion from June 1 through August 15, when young bats typically cannot fly. We can inspect and plan the work during that period. Ask us what applies to your job under Michigan DNR Wildlife Damage and Nuisance Control Permit #GC225. Call about winter bat concerns. We assess the activity and discuss an exclusion schedule appropriate to the conditions. Hibernating bats may not leave regularly in cold weather. See bat exclusion.
Can you address mice or rats before closing?
We inspect, seal entry points, and set up trapping or baiting. Tell us the closing timeline and we’ll confirm what we can schedule. See rodent & wildlife control.
What do referring realtors get?
Realtors’ current clients get free bat service inspections. Other inspections, including NPMA-33, are priced separately. We leave a written report after each visit you can share with clients. COI, labels, and SDS available on request.
