• Drive a company vehicle on a scheduled route and arrive on time.

• Comfortable using a smartphone app.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (backpack sprayers) repeatedly.
• Able to bend, kneel, crawl, and reach, and to enter crawlspaces and basements. Attic, roof, and ladder work is limited for this role.
• Michigan Core first, then Category 7A, within about 2 weeks of hire (part of your paid training).
• After an offer: a drug screen and background check, because we serve sensitive accounts.

You clock in on your phone at home while you get your sprayers ready, then check your schedule and head to your first stop. Most stops are recurring home services, like spraying a home and yard or checking rodent stations, and usually take 15 to 20 minutes. Once trained, most technicians complete 15 to 20 stops a day; you start with a lighter load. Most stops are within an hour of your starting point, and the farthest routes run about 2 hours. When your stops are done, you head home and clock out.

• Climb ladders, walk rooflines, and seal gaps and holes in buildings.
• Carry extension ladders (up to 75 pounds) and backpack sprayers (up to 50 pounds).

• Fill in on pest control stops on slower days.

• Fasten traps and cages to buildings.
• Climb ladders, walk rooflines, and help seal holes and gaps.
• Carry extension ladders up to 75 pounds.

You ride in a company vehicle with a Wildlife Control Operator to each job. They give you direction through the day so you can help with exclusion work, setting traps, and other wildlife tasks.
