We guarantee to rid your home or building of pests using customer-friendly products while keeping a low profile. If problems are found during the warranty period, we’ll return them at no extra charge. If you aren’t delighted with the service provided, we insist you tell us, and we’ll make it right.
Single Insect Treatment
Our $169 preventative insect treatments control and prevents many bug issues, including *Ants, Bees, Boxelders bugs, Centipedes, Cluster flies, Earwigs, Millipedes, Firebrats, Hornets, Lady Asian Beetles, Pill Bugs, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders, Springtails, Stinkbugs, Wasp, Yellow Jackets, and many other insects. We will retreat at no cost to you if you have any issues within two months.
This treatment includes a complete exterior pet and kid-friendly spray that focuses on key entry points such as your window and door frames, eaves, construction gaps, foundation, sidewalk cracks, landscaping structures, outbuildings, and other areas of pest hide. At request, we include an interior treatment focusing on lightly spraying corner areas where spiders hang out and basement areas where many insects like millipedes and centipedes are often found. We also have a de-webbing service, which involves knocking down spider webs on the exterior of the home or basement rafters.

Our Silver Package, a must to control overwintering pest such as Boxelders, **Stink bugs, Asian beetles, Spiders, and other annoying bugs. The program includes the Single Insect Treatment above every 2 months just during the bug season (April-October), this works out to 4 treatments a season at $89/treatment instead of $169, that’s $80 off our regular preventative treatment costs. We can start this package anytime and it will carry over into the next year. You must agree to a minimum 4 treatments to get the package pricing.
Our Silver (Plus) Package adds mosquito, flea, and tick treatments to the silver package. Still, mosquitoes need to be treated monthly, so we will come out once a month to spray the foliage around the property, creating a mosquito barrier around your home; the pet and kid-friendly product will continue to kill mosquitoes’ other insects as they rest on the treated areas. This is also the recommended plan for getting rid of stink bugs since they reproduce in the same places we treat mosquitoes. This Silver plus Package is part of our Stink Bug Pro Service, the ultimate solution for stink bugs. The cost for mosquito treatments with our Silver Package is $85/month (April-October). We can start this package anytime, and will carry over into the following year. You must agree to complete seven applications to get the package pricing.
Our Gold Package adds Rodent control to Our Silver Package for a combined total of $99 every two months and extends through the winter months (6 services). We strategically place pet-resistant devices in critical areas to catch mice in or around the home, preventing the rodents from multiplying and taking over your home. With the silver package automatically included in the Gold service, this combo will take care of most pest issues. We also have essential sealing of small gaps and cracks, such as utility entry points, to prevent rodent entry at no additional cost. In the winter, we may also spot-treat interior areas for spiders and knock down cobwebs in basements or other sites.
Our Platinum Package is the ultimate service combining all the Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold package benefits into one cost-savings package for only $89/Service. Bugs, Mice, Mosquitoes, and more. This is like having your pest control technician in your pocket; we will come out monthly April-October to handle the pesky insects and mosquitoes, and perform rodent prevention, then from November- March, we will come out every two months to keep up on the rodent control and handle any interior issues such as spiders, we may also knock down webs in basements or other areas. You are always covered for any problems between services while on a package. One year min (9 services) for pricing discount, then month to month afterward.
Our Platinum Plus Package is the ultimate service combining our Platinum package, Mole Control, and Granular treatments into one cost-saving package for only $95/month. We will come out every month to keep up on rodents, moles, and insect control and handle any interior issues such as spiders by request. The exterior of the home and one outbuilding, and perimeter foliage will be treated from April through October and we will also apply Granular products three times a year around the foundation of the home usually in March, July, and November for optimal control of Springtails, ground beetles and other insects. You are protected from any covered pest problems between services while on a package. One year min (12 services) for pricing discount, then month to month afterward. Service includes the main building (standard size <2500^2ft) and one outbuilding. Additional outbuildings may be added for a small fee.
